Brand Identity for Dawn McKenna Group
The Dawn McKenna Group is a luxury real estate group headquartered in Chicago, IL. They are currently ranked eighth in the nation for sales volume according to the Wall Street Journal. I collaborated closely with the group leader to establish a brand identity. Identity components include color palette, typography, social media guidelines and photography guidelines. Group founder was recently featured on the cover of “Chicago Agent Magazine” with the headline “How to Build a Brokerage Brand.”

Refined existing logo design
Collaborated with group leader to develop overall look and feel
Created and managed marketing and advertising budget to help founder eliminate wasteful spending
Designed over 220 print advertisements featured in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Chicago Magazine, Gulfshore Life, Hinsdale Living, Sheridan Road, and Luxe Magazine
Discovered, hired and managed five other designers, photographers, copywriters and retouchers
Art directed photoshoots for 112 new listings and lifestyle photoshoots
Created storyboard and art direction for brand video
